Hi, I’m Pete – Owner and Manager of Adobe Homes. For the past two decades, our team has been building and renovating homes throughout the region, from stunning high-end beachfront properties to functional and stylish family homes.
Building is not just my profession – it’s my passion. I’m also a keen mountain biker, BMX rider, and skier, and I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family.

COMMUNITY PROJECTS
At Adobe Homes, we’re proud to support our local community through projects that make a lasting difference.
One of our most rewarding contributions has been helping deliver pump tracks at Papamoa (Parton Road) and Greerton School – projects that have become a hit with local kids and families.
These tracks are more than just fun – they promote confidence, coordination, and physical activity. In fact, children now head to school early just to get in a few laps before the bell rings, and the tracks stay buzzing with activity well into the evening.
A pump track is a circuit of rollers and banked turns (berms) designed to be ridden completely by “pumping” – using body movements rather than pedalling – to generate momentum. It's a fantastic way for riders of all ages to build skills and enjoy the outdoors in a safe and exciting environment.
We’re proud to be part of projects like these that promote healthy, active lifestyles and help create vibrant, connected communities.
